Shipping & Returns



If you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it for store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time. All item(s) must have all original tags and must be in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Items meeting the above criteria can be exchanged or issued a store credit. 

Sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance. 

Home Decor items are final sale.  

If you will be on vacation or unable to open your package upon delivery, please let us know ahead of time so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 14 day return policy goes into effect upon delivery of your package, regardless of if you are on vacation or unable to open your package for any reason.
